Amy Winehouse took a short break from rehab on Monday to pay a visit to the U.S. Embassy about renewing her visa, but due to her drug possessions and other scandals, it may not be easy.
She's nominated in six categories - but she seems intent on making the big day.
A spokesman for Winehouse said Monday that no decision had been made on whether or not she will attend the Grammys.
"The appointment at the US Embassy was made some time ago and was part of process for obtaining a visa. No decision has been made about the Grammys," says her rep. "Amy was accompanied by a nurse as the appointment was under supervision. She has not left rehab and remains under the care of the clinic."
Amy is a druggie! Stay in rehab!
