That's right ladies and gentlemen! the tv star, Heidi Montag, from "The Hills" sings! Her first song called "Higher" was debutted by Ryan Seacrest for KIIS FM. Turns out radio listeners enjoyed the tune of her song! Looks like Heidi AND Spencer both sing...er rap in the song. Seems like that Spencer can rap!!! [wow..]
