MALIBU, Calif. - Another Hilton has landed in the gray-bar hotel. Paris Hilton's younger brother, Barron Hilton, was arrested Tuesday DUI!
Hilton, 18, [ahem underage!] was stopped after a witness reported seeing a black Mercedes-Benz weaving on Pacific Coast Highway, even driving on the opposite traffic lane.
Deputies arrested Hilton when he pulled over and got out of the car.
Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said no drugs or drug paraphernalia were found in the car, but that Hilton was carrying a fake driver's license. He was also arrested for investigation of carrying a false document.
Hilton was escorted to the LA County Sheriff's Department's Malibu station, where he was given a breath test that registered a blood alcohol level of 0.14, above California's legal limit of 0.08,
He remained jailed Tuesday afternoon in lieu of $20,000 bail
As word of his arrest spread, nearly a dozen paparazzi photographers swarmed the sheriff's station.
